Research projects are available for currently enrolled graduate students in Statistics. If interested, please contact me.
Undergraduate students with an interest in research are encouraged to apply for summer REU programs at various institutions.
Inference for dynamical systems (uncertainty quantification) and functional data analysis are sought-after skills in industry and academia. There are exciting applications in a variety of disciplines and many interesting open questions to explore. I encourage current graduate students to consider a reading course in this area, which will be useful regardless of your chosen future direction.
