Annual Public Lecture and Open House

The MUSEUM OPEN HOUSE 2011 was held on Saturday February 12 from 10 AM to 4 PM.

This year's topic was "Extreme Biodiversity" and we had 1146 individuals come through in six hours!

On Friday, January 28 at 7 PM well-known nature photographer and author Dr. Mark Moffet gave a special Biodiversity

lecture entitled "Adventures among ants: one man's remote explorations to chart and alien social world". It was a great

presentation full of information and entertaining tales.
