About the Program
COALGF Calculator is a C program that will compute the probability
distribution of gene tree histories and gene tree topolgies for a
fixed three-taxon species tree under the coalescent model with gene
flow between both pairs of sister population. The program takes as
input the parameters associated with the species tree, namely, the
speciation times, the effective population sizes, and the rates of
gene flow. See
the manual for detailed instructions.

Release notes:
The COALGF program relies on
GSL, which must be
installed on your system prior to running COALGF. You may have
to change the Makefile to give the correct path to the GSL
libraries.
