This sculpture was the first large (~33x23x14cm) 3d printed form I ever made. It was created for the Gesture at Large conference and art show.

I was presenting a survey talk on the space of gesture technologies, so I made a concept map from my notes.

I mapped the concept graph into a 3D spring system then grew a structure around it with an implicit surface. A voronoi process then minimized material usage and revealed internal spaces.
