| Description: | I'd like to be able to load-in to Weigel on Monday the 22nd at 12:30 for 45 minutes and then again at 5:15 for an hour. Based on the room schedule, this should work. Let me know if this is okay with you. I'm renting a truck to bring in furniture from Theatre so I need to be kind of specific with the times. For load-out, we will do some smaller things immediately after the show on Sunday, but then will need to do the furniture on Monday the 29th again with a rental truck. I would ask for this to be 12:30 for 45 minutes if this is okay with you. |
