Instructional Technology

The word technology existed long before computers were invented. The idea 
of technology as a "carefully crafted means to an end" will be explored as 
it applies to the classroom. During this talk, the audience will choose 
the direction of discussion, following their own interests. Possible 
topics include designing instruction from objectives, the history of 
instructional technology, educational psychology and pedagogies based on 
it, and assessment.
