The Undergraduate Research Office at OSU was designed in 2006 to help students pursue research opportunities both on and off campus. The office helps students get started with research, find research opportunities, and locate research funding.

Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) Program
The National Science Foundation hosts a Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) program at various universities and institution each summer. This is a prestigious program, and is encouraged for those who are interested in conducting research during the summer.
