tREX.zip folder containing the compiled C codes, description, and example data file.
PURPOSE:
The compiled codes are for reconstruction of 3D structure of chromatins
using Hi-C data based on two
model-based algorithms, tPAM and tREX. Instruction (Description.txt) for runing the compiled
codes are contained in the folder for download.
The folder also contains two sample input files: demo.txt and bias.txt; their
format are specified in Description.txt. In addition, two sample bash commands
are provided in tREX.txt and tPAM.txt. The codes are written in C, and the
posted version was compiled with Mac OS X version 10.8.5. A user friendly R
package will be posted later after it is well tested.
