Research Overview:

My research is in applied dynamical systems, with a special focus on complex systems and emergent behavior in biology and social science. I enjoy working closely with a range of different applications (including pattern formation on zebrafish, political opinion dynamics, and intracellular transport in neurons) to develop and analyze agent-based, data-driven, and continuum models.
