Currently I am a member of the CMS Collaboration at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) located at CERN in Geneva, Switzerland. I investigate the properties of the Higgs Boson. In addition, I am involved in several detector projects in the area of event triggering.  These include recent upgrades to the CMS trigger system and the investigation of long term prospects of including charge particle reconstruction and the first level of the CMS trigger.

Past research includes study of the top quark at the Collider Detector at Fermilab and the search for dark matter with the Fermi Gamma-ray Space Telescope, which was launched into low earth orbit in 2008.
