Shortly before the show opens Bebe throws in a beautiful yet treacherous (at five weeks before show opening) diversion to black on black imagery which sounds very appealing in the context of unseen influence and fleeting clarity.

Sequences below are part of the "Still Lifes" section (see page 7 for description). The idea that unfortunately did not get a chance to fully develop was to build a progression of still objects piling/becoming a landscape. Below are a couple of sketches for transitions in such sequence.
