Parking
If you come with your car, and plan on parking on campus, the closest visitor parking is Tuttle Garage, at 2050 Tuttle Park Pl, Columbus, OH 43210 (point your GPS/smartphone to this address, or click here to get directions on Google Maps). Participants in the conference will need to make their own hotel reservations. We negotiated discounted prices at the Holiday Inn Express (which will be the conference hotel), as well as other hotels on Olentangy River Rd. The number of rooms is limited, so reserve your room as soon as possible. Transportation to campus can be handled either using the complimentary hotel shuttle, or using local mass transit (see below for more information); limited transportation from the conference hotel (Holiday Inn Express) will be provided by the conference.

Airport transportation available, upon request and payment of a nominal fee (in past years it was about $30). This transportation must be arranged directly with the hotel. Additional complimentary shuttle service is available from 8:00am to 8:00pm within a 2-mile radius of the hotel, and to OSU campus, with a 24-hour prior request.

Transportation
Participants can use the local public transportation service, COTA (if you are familiar with OSU's location, you can find information on that site). For the hotels listed above on Olentangy River Road, line 18 will connect them to the University (approximately, bus #18 stops approximately every half hour, at 8:00, 8:30, 9:00 etc (Saturday) and every hour, at 10:20, 11:20, etc (Sunday) on the West side of Olentangy River road). We will provide maps and schedules at the conference; we will try to have some information on this page as well. The fare is $2.00 ($2.75 for express lines) - need exact change, coins or bancnotes.
