Parking
If you come with your car, and plan on parking on campus, the closest visitor parking is Tuttle Garage, at 2050 Tuttle Park Pl, Columbus, OH 43210 (point your GPS/smartphone to this address, or click here to get directions on Google Maps). Participants in the conference will need to make their own hotel reservations. Unfortunately, it looks like most, if not all, hotels we traditionally used in the past, are completely booked, due to other events in Columbus the weekend of the conference (that said, do try to book a room, the list of nearby hotels is still below). We are negotiating discounted prices at hotels which are close to I-270, in the north of Columbus (one of which will be the conference hotel). Transportation to campus can be handled either using the complimentary hotel shuttle, if any, or using local mass transit (see below for more information); limited transportation from the conference hotel will be provided by the conference.

Airport transportation available, upon request and payment of a nominal fee (in past years it was about $30). This transportation must be arranged directly with the hotel. Additional complimentary shuttle service is available from 8:00am to 8:00pm within a 2-mile radius of the hotel, and to OSU campus, with a 24-hour prior request.

Transportation
Participants can use the local public transportation service, COTA (if you are familiar with OSU's location, you can find information on that site). For the hotels listed above on Olentangy River Road, line 1 will connect them to the University. We will provide maps and schedules at the conference; we will try to have some information on this page as well. The fare is $2.00 ($2.75 for express lines) - need exact change, coins or bancnotes.
