Parking
If you come with your car, and plan on parking on campus, the closest visitor parking is Tuttle Garage, at 2050 Tuttle Park Pl, Columbus, OH 43210 (point your GPS/smartphone to this address, or click here to get directions on Google Maps) Apps parking, at 1990 College Road - or the outside parking lot near the original Tuttle Garage (which apparently just started being renovated - apologies for those who tried to park there). Participants in the conference will need to make their own hotel reservations. A map of nearby hotels is below. We negotiated discounted prices at two hotels: Staybridge Suites OSU, and Holiday Inn Express and Suites OSU (one of which will be the conference hotel); both these hotels are on Olentangy River Rd, a short car ride away from the OSU Math Department. The hotels provided us with these direct links to reserve rooms with the negotiated prices, no need to call or use a code - you can click on these links also below.
Transportation to campus can be handled either using the complimentary hotel shuttle (with the proviso that health situation will allow it), if any, or using local mass transit (see below for more information); limited transportation from the conference hotel will be provided by the conference.

Additional complimentary shuttle service is available from 8:00am to 8:00pm within a 2-mile radius of the hotel, and to OSU campus, with a 24-hour prior request.

We didn't get competitive rates for this hotel (rates are in the $125- $150 range, plus tax and parking valet). This hotel also gets booked fully around the time of our conference, so if you plan on using it, reserve your room quickly.

Transportation
Participants can use the local public transportation service, COTA (if you are familiar with OSU's location, you can find information on that site). Taxi service, as well as Uber and Lyft are also available in the city. For the hotels listed above on Olentangy River Road, line 1 will connect them to the University. We will provide maps and schedules at the conference; we will try to have some information on this page as well. The fare is $2.00 ($2.75 for express lines) - need exact change, coins or banknotes.
