Travel and Lodging information
Participants in the conference will need to make their own hotel reservations. We negotiated discounted prices at the Holiday Inn Express on Olentangy River Rd, which will be the conference hotel; also, we obtained discounted rates at the Blackwell and Varsity Inn. Information about these, as well as other hotels/motels in Columbus campus area is provided below. Limited transportation will be available from the conference hotel to the campus and back. If participants who will have their own car could help us with some rides, their support will be much appreciated. Public transportation is also available; information is listed below.

Important: the last day these discounted prices hold is now May 1st (originally it was April 15). There is a limited number of double rooms, which will be given on a first-come-first-serve basis; after these rooms have been booked, only suites will remain available. The reservation can be made by calling the hotel directly (mention "Denison Conference") or online at Holiday Inn website (use code DNC).

Important: cut-off date for the discounted rates is April 25. Transportation
Participants can use the local public transportation service, COTA (if you are familiar with OSU's location, you can find information on that site). For the hotels listed above on Olentangy River Road, line 18 will connect them to the University (approximately, bus #18 stops every hour, at 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, etc on the West side of Olentangy River road). We will provide maps and schedules at the conference; we will try to have some information on this page as well. The fare is $1.75 ($2.50 for express lines) - need exact change, coins or bancnotes.
