Walter Gordy

A Biographical Memoir

 

 

The Microwave Laboratory was founded in 1946 by Walter Gordy at Duke University.  It migrated to Ohio State University in 1990. (See also Frank C. De Lucia)  The focus of the Microwave laboratory has been the development and use for scientific studies of the millimeter and submillimeter region of the electromagnetic spectrum.
